General Event Information

The car show is held annually at West Bountiful City Park in West Bountiful, Utah. This year’s event is on August 2nd, 2025, with participating vehicles beginning to arrive at 8am. At 10am food trucks open and vehicles are in place.

Spectator entry is free! We welcome families, friends, and car enthusiasts of all ages to enjoy the event.
The entry fee to bring a vehicle is $25 each and includes a commemorative t-shirt.

You can walk through and get a close-up view of a diverse range of vehicles from classic and custom vehicles to semis and tractors - to learn more about their entries, interaction with vehicle owners is encouraged. You’ll also enjoy live music, food trucks, local vendors, raffle prizes, Alzheimer’s education booth, and more. It’s a great time for all ages!

We partner with the Utah Alzheimer's Association to bring awareness to Alzheimer's and dementia diseases. Their continued partnership with The Utah State University Alzheimer's Dementia Research Center works tirelessly towards a cure and to educate the community about how Alzheimer’s touches the lives of so many.
By vehicles look for purple, yellow, orange, and blue flowers from the Alzheimer’s Association Promise Garden throughout the event. These flower colors symbolize how car owner’s have been impacted by Alzheimer’s.

Absolutely! The wide range of vehicles nearly guarantee something for everyone. And if you need a break there are food trucks, and plenty of shaded seating areas. Be sure to check out the raffles for a chance to win prizes.

Free parking is available for spectators near the park with overflow parking as needed. Look for signage and volunteers directing traffic on the day of the event. Vehicle entries enter the park at the Car Show Main Entrance there you will be directed to parking spots in the show.

Register your car online at WestBountifulCarShow.com or at the registration desk on the day of the event (space permitting). Pre-registration is encouraged to guarantee a spot.

We welcome classic cars, hot rods, muscle cars, customs, motorcycles, and special-interest vehicles. If you love it, bring it!

Gates for vehicle entry open at 8am. Please be parked and settled before the crowds arrive. Food trucks open at 10am.

Yes! We present awards in multiple categories, including People’s Choice, Category awards (Best Paint, Best Engine, Best Muscle Car, Best Semi, etc.) and Best in Show.

We offer Basic ($500), Category ($1,500), and Show ($5,000) levels, each with increasing visibility, marketing exposure, and on-site presence.

A portion of proceeds from the West Bountiful Car Show directly benefit the awareness of Alzheimer’s and dementia disease.

At this time no, we have reserved the space at the show primarily for vehicles and a small space dedicated to awareness of Alzheimer’s and dementia. We will have guests from the Utah Alzheimer's Association and Utah State University research center.

Yes! Our event continues to grow each year with numerous vehicles and of attendees from across northern Utah and beyond.

The show is put on by The Hughes Family Foundation (501c3), a non-profit organization and is proudly organized by community volunteers with support from local businesses.

Yes! Exclusive car show T-shirts and merch are available while supplies last at the merch booth. Shirts can be purchased in advance online and picked up at the event.
