***By Registering to the West Bountiful Car Show, you agree to follow all traffic laws and ordinances. You are responsible for your property and actions. The West Bountiful Car Show is not responsible for damage, theft, physical harm, or loss of life. You agree that you are transporting, operating, and showing your vehicle at your risk before, during, and after the show.

****Waiver and Release of Liability****

The West Bountiful Car Show is a not-for-profit charitable event open to the entire community and is a chance for motor vehicle enthusiasts to display theirs and check out others’ cars, trucks, motorcycles, semi/heavy duty trucks, tractors, UTV’s and more at the West Bountiful City Park. All participants, attendees, vendors, and guests acknowledge that participating in a motor vehicle show at an outdoor public venue does involve risks, and some of those risks may be unknown and/or unforeseeable, and may include hazards that could cause injury, death, property damage, or other harm to you and/or your property, and it would be impractical for the organizers of the West Bountiful Car Show to identify and eliminate all of those potential risks. Therefore, as a condition of your participation in and/or attendance at the West Bountiful Car Show, you must consider any and all potential risks to yourself and any minors in your care, and you must assume responsibility for your own actions and for any and all risks and liabilities that may arise as a result of your participation and/or attendance at the car show. In consideration of your participation and/or attendance at the West Bountiful Car Show, you agree that for yourself, your heirs, your assigns and personal representative(s), you do hereby release and forever discharge any and all liabilities, claims, losses, costs, or rights of action, whether known or unknown, against West Bountiful City, the West Bountiful Car Show, and its sponsors, as well as their volunteers, employees, vendors, officers, agents, etc., if those claims arise from or relate in any way to personal injuries, torts, or property damages sustained by me, or any minor in my care, in connection with my participation in any aspect of the West Bountiful Car Show. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of your actions.

****Photography/Video Consent and Release****

The organizers of the West Bountiful Car Show, their affiliates, and their vendors will be taking photographs and videos of many aspects of the car show for promotion, advertising, and to solicit additional charitable donations, among other things, and those photos and videos may contain images where you, any minors in your care, and your property may be visible, and therefore, as a condition of your entrance into and participation at the car show, you must also give your consent to the images and videos gathered during the car show, as well as their derivatives, being used by the West Bountiful Car Show, its sponsors, and vendors, for promotional and commercial purposes.
